Job Description: Staff RN - 4 South Telemetry Weekly Hours: 36 Shift: 3rd Status: Full Time Baptist Health Louisville has seven Telemetry units in the main hospital: 4 South, 4 North, 4 East, 5 North, 6 South, 6 North, and 6 East.

BCLS Required within 90 days of employment.
ACLS will be required within six months for experienced staff nurses and within one year for new graduate nurses.
