Responsibilities
- Work with program lea ders to assess overall delivery of primary therapy services to the programs and maintain quality services
- Provide supervision and clinical support for Primary Therapists for Under 18 clinical programs
- Write and deliver performance reviews for the primary therapy team
- Collaborate and coordinate with leaders in all clinical programs as well as senior leaders within Compass to ensure quality of programming
- Support day to day operations of programming
- Lead program initiatives that align with company key initiatives
- Respond to clinical crises and support escalation and consultation processes as needed.
- Communicate with patients' family members or support system, as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements
- Master's level clinician with 4+ years of post-master's clinical experience conducting individual, family, and/or group therapy.
- Clinical license required: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD
- Internal applicants must have experience successfully implementing organizational initiatives including Optimal Outcomes and Access to Care.
