Responsibilities
- Develop clinical strategies supporting Abby Care's mission for children and families with special needs and chronic illnesses, collaborating with leadership to set goals and evaluate outcomes.
- Align staffing and resource allocation with organizational needs to support optimal patient care and clinical efficacy.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong, resilient, and highly skilled clinical team.
- Collaborate with finance to develop, monitor, and manage the clinical budget, implementing cost-effective practices without compromising quality.
- Oversee quality audits, maintain comprehensive documentation, and coordinate corrective actions to comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate and mission-driven, you have a deep commitment to patient- and family-centered care for children and families with special needs and chronic illnesses.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must reside or be willing to permanently relocate to the greater Boston area.
Nice to have
- Master's in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced degree.
- Multi-state/compact state licensure eligibility.
