About the role

  • The Site Project Manager is the permanent, on-site owner of project delivery at the client's data centers.
  • You are the single point of accountability for getting site projects done safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to live operations.

Responsibilities

  • Once a site is live, you own the projects that keep it running and improving - retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refreshes, and the cross-functional coordination operations depends on.
  • You'll own projects end to end - scope, schedule, vendors, and budget - partnering closely with operations and facilities, engineering, and outside contractors.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects end to end
  • Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites
  • Proficiency with project tracking and scheduling tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar)

Nice to have

  • Experience with new deployments, retrofits, upgrades, or capital projects in live data centers or critical facilities
  • Familiarity with commissioning, MEP, power and cooling, or structured cabling
  • Background bridging construction/deployment handover into operations
  • PMP or CAPM, DCD, CDCP, BICSI, ITIL Foundation
  • Lean or Six Sigma, or SOP / process-development experience

Compensation

  • $98,040.00 - $154,800.00 USD (Salary)
  • Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
