About the role
- The Site Project Manager is the permanent, on-site owner of project delivery at the client's data centers.
- You are the single point of accountability for getting site projects done safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to live operations.
Responsibilities
- Once a site is live, you own the projects that keep it running and improving - retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refreshes, and the cross-functional coordination operations depends on.
- You'll own projects end to end - scope, schedule, vendors, and budget - partnering closely with operations and facilities, engineering, and outside contractors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects end to end
- Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites
- Proficiency with project tracking and scheduling tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar)
Nice to have
- Experience with new deployments, retrofits, upgrades, or capital projects in live data centers or critical facilities
- Familiarity with commissioning, MEP, power and cooling, or structured cabling
- Background bridging construction/deployment handover into operations
- PMP or CAPM, DCD, CDCP, BICSI, ITIL Foundation
- Lean or Six Sigma, or SOP / process-development experience

Compensation
- $98,040.00 - $154,800.00 USD (Salary)
- Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
