About the role

This role is ideal for a current University of Miami student interested in customer service, ticketing, hospitality, and the sports business.
The Membership Service Representative will report to the Membership Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Communicate with and assist season ticket holders across all ticketed sports: Miami Hurricanes Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Baseball.

Responsibilities

Assist with administrative ticket functions, including account updates, ticket delivery questions, and general customer support.
Support renewal campaigns, onboarding efforts, and other membership service initiatives as directed by the Membership Service Manager.
The Membership Service Representative will support the Membership Service Manager and the Membership Service Team by providing exceptional customer service to University of Miami season ticket holders and fans.
This position assists with customer service issues, season ticket holder renewals, account updates, game day service efforts, and general ticketing support.

Requirements

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Current University of Miami student. Interest in sports management, ticketing, hospitality, or customer service. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to represent Legends and the University of Miami at a high level. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and game days as needed. COMPENSATION Part-time role (usually around 25 hours per week)
