Responsibilities
- Are you passionate about building intelligent systems that make AI agents truly useful, and leading teams that ship foundational infrastructure at scale?
- Own the technical roadmap for Quick's memory, knowledge graph, and session infrastructure.
- Partner with applied science to co-develop novel algorithms that push the boundaries of agent memory and knowledge retrieval.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team with a culture of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and high operational standards.
- This is a leadership opportunity to own the foundational layer of a rapidly growing AI product, shape its architecture, and push the boundaries of what agentic experiences can do for customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience with very large distributed systems.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers across multiple workstreams
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
- Knowledge of AWS services.
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
