Perform pre-operative assessments, coordinate necessary testing, and assist with patient preparation.
Deliver post-operative care, including monitoring for complications and managing drains or dressings.
Maintain patient rooms, including restocking supplies and communicating supply needs to management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting may be required during clinic hours.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally assist with positioning or transferring patients.
Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly to assess patient needs and respond appropriately.
Must be able to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as necessary in a clinical environment.

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee is required.
BLS certification required or must be obtained within three months of hire.
A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required
with at least one year in a surgical, plastic surgery, dermatology, or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
Knowledge of surgical and aesthetic procedures, wound care, and post-operative recovery processes.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative care, wound management, and patient education.
Knowledge of infection prevention, sterile technique, and patient safety standards in a surgical clinic setting.

Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
