- This position plays a critical role in ensuring transactional excellence, effective cash management and mitigating credit risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead moderate size projects applying business knowledge, system expertise, strong decision-making skills and project management skills.
- Serves as a subject matter expert with multi-functional team members for Priceline's OTC (invoicing/billing, cash application, reconciliation of billed and unbilled A/R, reconciliation of AP with external invoices, intercompany AR, Collections etc..) processes, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to the impacted business partners and IT teams.
- Maintains a balance between business needs and strategies within IT standards to guide well-informed decisions
- Accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions and approved system improvements
- Collaborate with Fintech, GL, RevOps, FinOps and Compliance organizations to develop end to end strategic solutions and root cause analysis.
- Developing and maintaining business process flows managed within the OTC platform.
- Lead and coordinate support of business requirement and user acceptance testing
- Lead and coordinate the data migration effort with Fintech team
- The Senior Analyst, OTC, A/R & A/P Operations will support changes related to SAP Implementation, OTC process improvements, and analyze break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system.
- This role will prepare business test cases and perform user acceptance testing as well as support data migration from current to new ERP systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with exposure to a high transaction volume environment
- Validated experience in testing methodology
- Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GAAP compliance requirement
- Ability to communicate clearly from end-user to senior management
- External candidates are required to have an account before applying.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Big Query is plus
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, and billing software (High Radius, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Nice to have SQVI Reporting knowledge
