About the role

  • SSI is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Optimization & Warfighter Integration Analyst for a role in El Segundo, CA.
  • The successful candidate will provide strategic-level expertise in C2 operations, warfighter integration, orbital warfare, and advanced tactics development across the Total Force.
  • This role requires the ability to operate independently in senior-level forums and represent Air Reserve Component (ARC) equities in joint and multi-domain environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Command and Control (C2) operations, planning, or optimization.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in senior-level environments (O-6 and above).
  • Strong understanding of Air Force / Space Force organizational structures, especially the Air Reserve Component.
  • Experience supporting weapons school, orbital warfare, tactics development, or operational planning forums.
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear recommendations.
  • Active TS clearance with in-scope T5/SSBI is required, along with SCI eligibility and participation in Continuous Evaluation.
  • Provide analytical and operational expertise to assess, modernize, and improve C2 frameworks, decision-making processes, and operational integration across the enterprise.

Nice to have

  • Background in multi-domain operations (MDO) or joint all-domain command and control (JADC2).
  • Prior involvement in WEPTAC, tactics conferences, or doctrine development.
  • Familiarity with Space Force missions, systems, or operational environments.
  • Experience supporting high-visibility, strategic-level initiatives.

Compensation

  • $170k-$195k
