About the role

  • Mattel is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a key member of the Global Supply Chain Finance Team.
  • Conduct financial planning/forecast, and actual cost variance analysis for reporting on logistics operations for North America market
  • Consolidate annual operating plans and budgets for Global Logistics, and communicate business performance against plan and prior years to stakeholders

  • Partner with North America Logistics team to provide strategic business decision support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or MBA and 3+ years of related experience
  • Ability to think creatively, highly- driven, self-motivated and intellectually curious
  • Sound business judgment and ability to influence groups and/or more senior associate

  • Consolidate annual operating plans and budgets for Global Logistics, and communicate business performance against plan and prior years to stakeholders
