About the role
- Mattel is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a key member of the Global Supply Chain Finance Team.
- Conduct financial planning/forecast, and actual cost variance analysis for reporting on logistics operations for North America market
- Consolidate annual operating plans and budgets for Global Logistics, and communicate business performance against plan and prior years to stakeholders
Responsibilities

- Partner with North America Logistics team to provide strategic business decision support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or MBA and 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to think creatively, highly- driven, self-motivated and intellectually curious
- Sound business judgment and ability to influence groups and/or more senior associate

- Consolidate annual operating plans and budgets for Global Logistics, and communicate business performance against plan and prior years to stakeholders
