About the role

  • Job Description: Pluralsight is hiring a Sr.
  • Contract Manager who report directly into the Assistant General Counsel, Contracts.
  • They handle complex and sophisticated deals and reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow for contract review process, beginning with receipt of requests for contract creation through routing for signatures.
  • Ability to manage and deliver on a diverse and complex workload while maintaining priorities and proactively anticipating issues
  • This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience
  • or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Master's Degree or Juris Doctor helpful but not required
  • Assist with legal review and response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) as required for the commercial opportunity.

Nice to have

  • Extensive experience managing contracts (including drafting and negotiation) in a corporate environment.
  • Must be a creative problem solver and capable project manager
  • Significant experience in oral negotiations with minimal direction, project management, risk awareness, and clear understanding of when to seek approval
  • Experience with a contract management system, e.g., Icertis
  • Experience with electronic signature software, e.g., Docusign
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS company or other highly regulated industry preferred

Compensation

  • The annual US base salary range for this role is $98,800 - $130,000 USD.
