About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to TMR Advisors and/or TMR Generalists to support high performance, team engagement, and continuous professional development.
- Partner with operational leaders and corporate functions, serving as an internal consultant and strategist to deliver positive business results and navigate complex employee relations matters.
- Collaborate closely with Labor & Employment attorneys, Employment Investigations, People Services Managers/Directors (PSMs/PSDs), Privacy, Compliance, and Risk to address high-risk and sensitive workplace concerns.
- Support special initiatives, process improvement projects, and policy updates as assigned.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experience required.
- Prior supervisory, team lead, or formal leadership experience required.
Nice to have
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (experience with California employment law is a plus).
Compensation
- The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year.
