- CareATC Advantages - Full-time, 40-hour-per-week, benefit-eligible position - Predictable weekday schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with rotating Saturday coverage (8:00 AM-12:00 PM) at our Himes or Brandon clinics.
Responsibilities
- Measure and document vital signs, patient history, and clinical information
- Perform phlebotomy and collect blood and urine samples
- Support front office and administrative clinic functions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols and workflows
- Deliver concierge-level customer service and compassionate patient care
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinical environment
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing clinical environment
- Reliable transportation is required
- Local travel between assigned sites is required based on operational needs.
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program with diploma/certificate and at least 2 years of recent Medical Assistant experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent Medical Assistant experience obtained through on-the-job training
- Relevant military medic experience
- Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations

- Phlebotomy experience preferred
