Responsibilities

  • Member Experience & Relationship Building
  • Build strong relationships with members and help guide them into a full relationship with PSCU.
  • Perform Member Transactions
  • Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services that are handled or promoted by Concierges.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all related policies and procedures, rules and regulations for the teller area, including robbery procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • You'll be empowered to make a difference, build meaningful relationships, and help families achieve financial success.

Compensation

  • $16.11-$22.66 per hour
  • Note: Compensation is based on skills and experience. The upper end of the range is intended for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience in comparable roles.
