About the role
- This is a full time opportunity beginning in January or February 2027.
Responsibilities
- You'll build your skills through real conversations, practice, feedback, and increasing ownership of your work.
- Through the program, you will develop: Public Speaking & Executive Presence: Build confidence and fluency in high-pressure communication environments through coaching, repetition, and real-time feedback.
- Consultative Advisory Skills: Learn how to identify executive priorities, build credibility quickly, and guide strategic conversations with senior leaders.
- Negotiation & Influence: Develop the ability to navigate high-stakes conversations with confidence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal judgement.
- Data Interpretation & Insight Delivery: Learn how to quickly interpret research and data to support real-time, insight-driven advisory conversations.
- You'll also collaborate with your cohort on growth initiatives, with opportunities to present your ideas and recommendations to senior leadership.
