- The Electrical Asset Engineer provides day-to-day engineering and technical support for assigned generating assets.
- This role is responsible for ensuring electrical systems are safe, reliable, and compliant, while supporting plant operations through troubleshooting, design improvements, and continuous optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Occasional travel may be required
- In order to be considered for this role you must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

- Providing electrical engineering support to plant operations and maintenance teams
- Designing and managing execution of electrical repairs, upgrades, and system modifications
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical equipment and system issues
- Interpreting and applying electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Supporting predictive and preventative maintenance programs to improve asset reliability
- Analyzing equipment performance and recommending design or process improvements
- Participating in and leading small to moderately complex engineering projects
- Collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and external contractors to ensure successful execution of work
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Engineers-in-Training (EITs) or junior engineers
- Supporting Management of Change processes and engineering governance requirements
- Promoting and maintaining a strong Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) culture
