Responsibilities
- Hiring Manager Relations; Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs communicating consistently and advising and coaching on best recruitment practices as well as candidate selection.
- Budget and Data; Own and optimize the recruitment budget; tracking costs, ensuring effective sourcing strategies, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with accounting on a monthly basis to submit invoices and receipts.
- Create monthly recruitment reports highlighting areas of improvement and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies at all times.
- Outstanding customer service with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast paced ever changing environment.
Requirements
- 3 -5 years of previous experience in a recruitment role working on a large variety of positions from entry to executive level.
- Must have previous agency experience preferably in permanent placement.
- Previous experience in MS office and applicant tracking systems.
- Must be comfortable engaging and advising senior management and executive on a regular basis.
