Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs
- Collaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience required - CDJR experience is preferred, but we welcome advisors with strong performance backgrounds from any manufacturer.
- Dealership Service Advisor experience, required
Compensation
- $ 100,000+ annually - Commission position
