About the role
- The Service Center Specialist is a field-forward, operations-driven role supporting rental, service, and project execution.
- This position plays a critical role in sourcing equipment, coordinating dispatch and logistics, managing contracts, and ensuring billing accuracy to keep field operations running safely and efficiently.
- Source and locate rental and service equipment across branches and approved vendors
Responsibilities
- Support equipment mobilization and demobilization activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for parts and equipment, and address any discrepancies
- Prepare and manage dispatch documentation and customer sign-off paperwork
- Create and process rental orders, service orders, and purchase orders
- Maintain documentation related to purchasing and equipment movement
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations, field coordination, rental, or service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand concepts in execution and strong organization skills
- To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/ information sharing

Nice to have
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, utilities, or industrial services preferred
- Mechanical background preferred
- Experience with an ERP system preferred, SAP preferred
- Dispatch or billing system experience preferred
