About the role

  • The Master Data Manager is accountable for defining and leading the master data domain strategy, governance model, and operating rhythm to ensure high-quality, trusted data across Liquid IV in partnership with functional data owners and stewards.
  • This role combines people leadership with domain ownership, overseeing a team of master data professionals while partnering closely with business and technology leaders to align data capabilities with organizational priorities.
  • We are looking for a proven leader who can translate business strategy into scalable master data standards, platforms, and processes, and who is comfortable driving change and decision making in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the master data operating model, governance, and roadmap for Liquid IV; accountable for assigned domains, governance, roadmap execution and outcomes.
  • Use insights to inform the master data roadmap, build investment cases, and drive transformation initiatives.
  • Directly manage Data Analysts, building team capability, capacity, and long-term talent development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience including people leadership, governance ownership, and master data or data strategy accountability.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a data, technology, or business-related field required

  • Experience in enterprise-scale, ERP-centric environments with demonstrated transformation delivery
  • CPG experience preferred.

  • The expected salary range for this position is $113,500 - $145,000 annually and is bonus eligible.
  • The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
  • The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
