- Business Program Manager, this role serves as a central resource responsible for coordinating deliverables, communications, supporting field initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Field Execution organization.
- Support the planning and execution of field leadership meetings and events, including attendee management, logistics coordination, and communications.
- Maintain execution processes, tools, and documentation to improve team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Support special projects and ad hoc operational requests that support Field Execution priorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

- Experience supporting business operations, field organizations, or enterprise program teams.

Compensation
- The estimated base salary for this role is $ 71,300-$ 98,100/ year.

- Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
- In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
