  • Business Program Manager, this role serves as a central resource responsible for coordinating deliverables, communications, supporting field initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Field Execution organization.
  • Support the planning and execution of field leadership meetings and events, including attendee management, logistics coordination, and communications.
  • Maintain execution processes, tools, and documentation to improve team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc operational requests that support Field Execution priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Experience supporting business operations, field organizations, or enterprise program teams.

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary for this role is $ 71,300-$ 98,100/ year.

  • Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
  • In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
