About the role
- As a Pool Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our pool and outdoor dining areas.
- Your attention to detail, hospitality, and proactive approach will help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities

- You will create a warm and welcoming arrival experience while managing seating, reservations, guest flow, and service pace.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand and work area.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel
- Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
