Responsibilities
- This is a fantastic chance to join a thriving outpatient environment known for exceptional clinical standards, steady patient flow, and strong support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse caseload.
- Maintain a schedule of approximately 14 patients per day within an 8-hour timeframe.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians, assistants, and support staff.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to create personalized treatment plans.
- Document all patient interactions in accordance with standards and compliance guidelines.

- Ability to thrive in a busy outpatient environment.
Compensation
- $45k-$65k
Benefits
- $45 to $65/hour (approximately $93,600-$135,200 annually) + $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, comprehensive benefits package, PTO, 401(k), and more.
- Work within a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including one later shift.
