Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Compensation Manager to deliver and continuously improve compensation programs and processes
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex compensation models in Excel to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and workforce planning
- Support deferred compensation programs, including quantitative modeling and coordination with internal and external partners
- Help develop scalable compensation processes, tools, documentation, and controls appropriate for a small but growing team
- Leverage Workday and related systems to support compensation administration, reporting, and data integrity
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on compensation-related initiatives
- We're looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to partner closely with the Compensation Manager in building, operating, and enhancing our compensation programs.
- This is an experienced individual contributor role designed for someone who is highly quantitative, analytically rigorous, and comfortable operating with minimal day-to-day oversight in a lean environment.
- You'll work extensively in Excel, build and maintain models, and apply structured thinking to solve complex but well-scoped problems.
Requirements
- Experience using Workday HCM for compensation administration, reporting, and data management is a requirement
- Ability to operate effectively in a lean team environment with defined ownership and accountability
Nice to have
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment preferred
- startup or high-growth company experience is a plus
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis or automation is a plus

- Own discrete compensation workstreams end-to-end, including defined portions of annual merit, bonus, and equity activities

- Typically, 4-6 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a closely related quantitative HR or finance-adjacent field
