About the role
- This is a 12-hour overnight position (6:45 pm-7 am).
- This position is responsible for performing confirmatory and special laboratory testing of products.
- As such, First Quality provides at least annual training regarding data privacy and security to employees who, as a result of their role specifications, may come in to contact with sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of the laboratory.
- Performs testing on Production samples at specified sampling frequencies.
- Provide support for correcting non-conformances
- Provide support regarding documentation, raw materials, chemicals and equipment necessary for performing Quality functions.
- Correctly performs and understands quality testing requirements.
- Supports activities as assigned in the following areas:
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Provides analytical support for quality assurance functions throughout all aspects of company operations.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Basic knowledge of SPC
- Ability to use basic measurement tools
- Enters required test results into the Quality Data System.
