About the role

  • You'll begin by taking ownership of our accounting operations alongside our current part-time Accounting Manager, who will remain through the transition.
  • Once you've established a solid understanding of the business, your focus will shift toward simplifying, automating, and modernizing our finance operations.
  • We've already implemented Rillet and are looking for someone who can maximize its capabilities while continuously identifying opportunities to eliminate manual work across finance.

  • Through the Knotch platform, brands can measure the impact of their content, identify what drives results, and continuously improve performance across channels.
  • This role reports directly to the SVP, Strategic Finance & Ops and offers a unique opportunity to build a scalable finance function that can support the company's next stage of growth.
  • Our goal isn't simply to maintain accounting-we want to build an AI-first finance organization.
  • You'll have significant ownership, direct exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to build systems that scale as the business grows.
  • We're looking for someone who wants to become a future Controller or Head of Finance-not by managing a large team, but by building a smarter one.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, venture-backed startups, or high-growth companies is a plus.

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for US-based applicants is $135,000 - 175,000 USD.
  • Final OTE to be based on experience.
