Head Individual Markets Communications In this role, you will define, direct, and execute an integrated internal communications strategy that advances business growth and transformation.

Consultative and agile, with the ability to assess stakeholder needs quickly, navigate complexity, and provide clear, pragmatic counsel.
10+ years of communications experience, preferably in the Insurance/Financial Services industry or other highly regulated industry
Strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment where you juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree or professional equivalent.

$155,370.00 - $255,255.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
