About the role

Requirements
- Consultative and agile, with the ability to assess stakeholder needs quickly, navigate complexity, and provide clear, pragmatic counsel.
- 10+ years of communications experience, preferably in the Insurance/Financial Services industry or other highly regulated industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment where you juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's Degree or professional equivalent.

Compensation
- $155,370.00 - $255,255.00
- The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
- The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
- In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
