About the role
- As a BCBA at Cortica, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Responsibilities
- You'll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you.

Requirements
- Master's degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Compensation
- $101,512 - $126,890: Plus earn up to an additional 10% of your month salary with our second bonus - that's right, TWO bonuses to increase your earning potential!
- $2,000 annually to support your continued professional development.
