Responsibilities
- Lead food-and-beverage planning, sales, and execution for all non-baseball events in partnership with WPE and Aramark
- Partner with WPE once events are confirmed to discuss menus, create proposals, and provide pricing guidance for the catering component
- Build and leverage strategic relationships across agencies, planners, hospitality groups, and industry communities to showcase Citi Field's food & beverage capabilities, expanding visibility and strengthening brand positioning
- Collaborate with Aramark's culinary, premium, and operations teams to maintain exceptional service standards and consistency across all venues
- Drive food-and-beverage innovation through menu ideation, presentation, and guest-satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal partners throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Support long-term hospitality initiatives including club enhancements, suite menu updates, and capital-improvement projects

- The New York Mets are seeking a dynamic, service-driven Director, Catering & Hospitality to lead the food-and-beverage experience for all non-baseball events at Citi Field.
- Works seamlessly with WPE, Aramark, and Mets departments to deliver outstanding results
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in premium hospitality, catering operations, or large-venue F&B sales/management
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours as required by the event schedule

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with catering or event-management software preferred

Compensation
- $105,000 - $115,000
