- Verify accuracy and completeness of technical documentation, user guides, and online help content
- Contribute to a collaborative, agile, and innovative engineering culture focused on continuous improvement and customer success
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-6 years of applicable professional experience in system, software, firmware, or solution‑level testing
- Hands‑on experience testing complex, multi‑component, and distributed system solutions
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with a customer‑centric mindset
- Experience collaborating across teams, disciplines, and time zones using clear and professional communication
