Responsibilities

  • There are groups building AI who don't share these goals.
  • We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software.
  • Run the schedule, milestones, and daily operating rhythm for the production lines building modular data center components, keeping every line aligned to the build pipeline.
  • Drive throughput and cycle-time gains on the line, clearing the bottlenecks between a design release and a finished unit shipping.
  • Coordinate across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and design so parts, tooling, and specs land on the line before they gate production.

Requirements

  • You've found and cleared bottlenecks on a line, and you can point to the cycle-time or yield improvement that resulted.

Nice to have

  • Modular or prefabricated construction.
  • Data center or electrical equipment manufacturing.
  • Lean or Six Sigma production methods.
  • Program controls tooling for schedule and earned value.
  • Manufacturing scale-up in a high-growth company.
