About the role
- Help us scale / transition from startup to enterprise
- Part of this is maturing our planning processes, part is ensuring finance best practices spread through the organization
- Innovate - we will push the boundaries beyond traditional forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Think strategically and then execute - the models we build aid in decision making and strategy (e.g. using customer profitability to influence capital allocation and strategy shifts) - we operationalize our insights
- Partner across the business - build relationships with senior commercial, operations, and support leaders around the company and collaborate with them to execute our strategy
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
- 3-5 years in FP&A/StratFin at a large enterprise or startup
Nice to have
- Experience in the transportation industry
- Elite Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- SQL/PowerBI/Tableau skills
