About the role
- What You Will Be Doing: Follow the daily checklist for the department Oversee and mentor the leadership teams across multiple dealership locations.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, fixed operations, and profitability across multiple dealerships.
- Our headquarters is located in the thriving city of Cambridge, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Multi-Dealership General Manager - Lead the Charge, Drive Growth, and Inspire a High-Performance Dealership Team to New Heights!
- This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across two or more dealerships while developing strong leadership teams and creating a culture of accountability and growth.
- Ability to manage several customer needs at any given time
- Manage inventory levels based on seasonally demanding product lines
- Manage growth and profitability of the business
- Build relationships with customers
- Ability to manage and meet all government inspections within a permitted time period
Requirements
- Applicants must have a desire and passion for the automotive industry with a strong management background!
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the industry
- Sales experience required
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Must be organized, responsible, able to abide by all relevant safety requirements.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

- Proven ability to coach leaders and develop high-performing management teams
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Positive Teamwork Attitude
- Strong computer & leadership skills
