About the role

  • The Learning Manager serves as a Department Leader for the Learning and Development function responsible for Learning Management System (LMS), learning operations, and learning program management.
  • The Manager will be responsible for project management, development, maintenance and delivery of the learning management system, reporting, system access, and learning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
  • Conduct presentations and employee training sessions; provide clear instructions and support to clients, employees and managers.
  • The manager will support department trainers, LMS users and global admins on the LMS navigation, set-up and experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and analyze data on a computer screen (or to read and analyze data with reasonable accommodation) and in printed materials.
  • Minimal physical lifting required, but may involve handling documents, and lifting light office supplies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to client escalations or complaints.
  • Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by management.

  • Conduct and facilitate virtual and in-person training, practice labs, and workshops for department trainers.
  • This may include air travel, ground transportation (including cars, taxis, or rideshare services), and in some cases potential public transportation.

  • Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences at all organizational levels.

Skills

  • Travel may involve varying schedules, time zones, and extended workdays depending on business and training demands.
  • Present information effectively in training sessions with clients and other employees.

Compensation

  • $68k-$90k
