About the role
- They will be an avid MadTree ambassador who lives the behaviors Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing menu guidance.
- Coordinate with other servers to ensure balanced coverage of all areas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently across all service areas.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling.
- Support team members during peak periods regardless of service zone.
- Maintain cleanliness standards through diligent pre-bussing, prompt clearing of dishes and glassware, meticulous surface cleaning, and consistent floor maintenance.
- Support special events and private functions as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of daily features and menu changes.
- Driven to craft great beer - but more importantly - build a business dedicated to doing good, MadTree protects and celebrates nature while reducing impact on the environment.

Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities satisfactorily.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb.
- Ability to frequently talk, hear, and smell.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED 2+ years high-volume restaurant experience preferred Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
- Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
