About the role
- We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- This position plays an important role in helping the plant achieve its safety, reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance parts, supplies, and tools using computerized inventory systems.
- Maintain documentation for purchase orders, receipts, inventory transactions, and maintenance records.
- Support plant safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with CMMS, ERP, and inventory management systems is considered an asset.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Skills
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills and continual attention to detail.
