Responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of car care products and AAA's services to provide exceptional member and client experiences.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and regional/corporate support departments.
- Identify and schedule seminars, training programs, and schooling for technicians, service writers, and other personnel to maintain a technically competent staff.
- Oversee the scheduling of repairs and maintenance, continually review facility efficiency, and implement changes to ensure optimal operations.
Requirements
- Practice ACA Shared Values, perform all related duties as required, and undertake other tasks as assigned.
- 5 years driving experience with an excellent record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions on passenger vehicles and light and medium duty trucks.
- Associate's degree or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- M inimum of 6 years in the automotive industry required.
- 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification as a "Master Automotive Technician" strongly preferred.

Compensation
- The starting base compensation for this position is $76,307 to $111,164 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
- This position is eligible to earn monthly incentive pay based upon store sales and overall performance.
- Prepare and adhere to income and expense budgets, ensuring the facility meets annual revenue and net income goals while achieving budgeted sales.
