Responsibilities
- Address Technology Advisor inquiries via e-mail or phone • Address inquiries for internal teams via e-mail or phone • Perform cable site qualification via CableFinder or Supplier processes • Cable Deal Registration management • Provide Cable quotes and contracts to Technology Advisors • Scrub Cable contracts for completeness and accuracy • Coordinate contract signature according to Supplier requirements • Attend Cable Supplier/Technology Advisor Trainings and ongoing relationship development • Become proficient in pricing activities for Cable suppliers • Salesforce quote and contract management • Transition orders in Salesforce to Order Support upon executed contract or completed order documents • 1st level Cable escalation for pricing and contract requests
