Requirements
- The ideal candidate is an experienced process improvement leader with strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a proven ability to influence enterprise-level change.
- This role requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma, transformation management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, operational excellence, or project management.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
- Experience leading complex enterprise and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistics, visualization, and translating insights into business actions.
- Experience with automation, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, process mining, business intelligence, or advanced data science tools is beneficial.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent advanced project/program management certification preferred.
- Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR is a plus.

Compensation
