About the role
- Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Stellantis Technicians at the Semi-Skilled through Journeyman level to join our dynamic and growing service team!

Responsibilities
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.

- Ability to work on your own or your family's vehicle after hours.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an automotive repair or maintenance setting required.
- Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and take direction from senior technicians.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and a willingness to learn and improve problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various conditions (indoors and outdoors, sometimes in noisy environments).
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, brakes).
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment is a plus.
Compensation
- $22 - $47/HR (Based on Experience, ASE Certifications, and/or Training)
