About the role

  • As an Admissions Counselor with WSU Tech, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as a welcoming presence for visitors and prospective students.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
  • Ability to learn and use student management software such as Banner within three months of employment.
  • Assist prospective students in navigating the admissions procedure, ensuring they understand the steps required for enrollment.

Nice to have

  • Associate Degree or relevant work experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in college admissions, student services, or a related sales role is preferred.

Compensation

  • $18.50 per hour Location: WSU Tech South Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Key Responsibilities: Assist prospective students in navigating the admissions procedure, ensuring they understand the steps required for enrollment.
