About the role
- Think persistent memory, semantic search, temporal versioning, and entity resolution - purpose-built for modern AI workloads.
- You'll sit directly next to the CEO on deal strategy and be the first person held accountable to a revenue number.
- The ICP is Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI at seed-to-Series D AI companies.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pipeline: sourcing, qualifying, closing, and expanding deals across all GTM lanes
- Drive enterprise deal cycles from first call to signed contract
- Design and iterate on the GTM motion - identifying what works, what doesn't, and how to scale it
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on positioning, deal strategy, and ICP refinement
- Align and manage multi-channel outbound programs across enterprise, pilot, and self-serve motions
- This is a build-from-zero GTM role at a seed-stage AI infrastructure company building graph-native context and memory infrastructure for AI agents.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to AI engineering teams
- Background at a developer tools or infrastructure company
- Experience running PLG and enterprise motions in parallel
- Existing network in the Bay Area AI/ML ecosystem
- Early-stage GTM experience with direct, end-to-end revenue ownership - build-from-zero background strongly preferred
- Proven track record sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals through multi-stakeholder cycles
- Outbound prospecting experience targeting engineering and AI leadership at early-to-growth-stage companies
- Technical enough to hold credible conversations with Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI
Compensation
- Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 annually
