Responsibilities

- Our partner is looking for a QA Engineer (Business Systems & Order Management) based in Canada.
- This role offers the opportunity to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise software solutions that support critical business operations.
- You will work within an agile engineering environment, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- You will play a key role in helping teams deliver secure, efficient, and customer-focused software experiences.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a quality assurance professional with experience supporting commercial software applications and testing business-critical systems.
- You should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience supporting commercial software applications.
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to execute DML statements for testing activities.
- Experience creating structured test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements and customer feedback.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative, agile environments.
- No relocation required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile principles and software development best practices.
- Experience using Jira or similar work management tools.
- Experience using TestRail or other test management platforms.
- Experience automating tests for Salesforce configurations and Apex deployments.
- Experience with serverless application development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience testing PHP and Node.js-based web applications.
Compensation
- Competitive annual salary range of $100,000 CAD - $110,000 CAD, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
