Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, gear boxes, drive chains, sprockets, sheaves, pulleys, rollers, conveyor belts, bearings, and screws.
- Performs installation of new equipment. Aligns machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
- Familiar with troubleshooting/set up of VFD drives; SEW drives, Siemen, Lenze, Allen Bradley, AB
- Start or jog equipment to perform maintenance tasks
Requirements

- Must be able to closely inspect and continually monitor all machines in the production process.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move throughout the facility.
- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms talk or hear and smell.
- The employee is occasionally required to remain stationary
