Responsibilities
- Support and assist the product support team on integration-related issues
- Proven track record in resolving complex sync and configuration issues by debugging and optimizing integration flow designs across ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to turn customer insights into product improvements. Spot patterns, advocate fixes, and drive change
- Datarails integrates with the most popular accounting software, ERPs, and CRMs to build a single source of truth, reduce risk, make informed decisions, and ensure stakeholders have the most reliable data at their fingertips!

Requirements
- 2+ years supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
- 1-3+ years of iPaaS or middleware experience with platforms such as Workato, Tray I/O, MuleSoft, or similar
- Ability to turn customer insights into product improvements.
- 2+ years of experience using APIs and Postman to work with integrations, including interpreting and applying API documentation to authenticate and build net-new integration workflows
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as JavaScript or Python
- Workato Expertise/Certifications
- Familiarity with ODBC SQL servers, query writing, or DB user setup
- Experience delivering technical training or enablement
Compensation
- Target salary range of 100-125k.

- We're a small (~350 employees globally) FP&A platform designed to streamline and automate data consolidation, reporting, and planning while allowing finance teams to continue using their own Excel spreadsheets and financial models.
