About the role

  • This is a 100% remote, full-time (~40 hours/week) position open to candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the product support team on integration-related issues
  • Proven track record in resolving complex sync and configuration issues by debugging and optimizing integration flow designs across ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to turn customer insights into product improvements. Spot patterns, advocate fixes, and drive change
  • Datarails integrates with the most popular accounting software, ERPs, and CRMs to build a single source of truth, reduce risk, make informed decisions, and ensure stakeholders have the most reliable data at their fingertips!

Requirements

  • 2+ years supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
  • 1-3+ years of iPaaS or middleware experience with platforms such as Workato, Tray I/O, MuleSoft, or similar
  • Ability to turn customer insights into product improvements.
  • 2+ years of experience using APIs and Postman to work with integrations, including interpreting and applying API documentation to authenticate and build net-new integration workflows
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as JavaScript or Python
  • Workato Expertise/Certifications
  • Familiarity with ODBC SQL servers, query writing, or DB user setup
  • Experience delivering technical training or enablement

Compensation

  • Target salary range of 100-125k.
