- This is not procuring SAAS or general IT needs, this is procuring tens to hundreds of millions of dollars of cloud infrastructure - it carries a very high bar for legal and financial acumen.
- What You'll Receive: - The competitive base pay for this position ranges from ($140,000 - $180,000).
Responsibilities
- Complex Contract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end negotiations for intricate, high-value agreements.
- Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with critical suppliers, ensuring Runpod secures the best possible terms for infrastructure needs.
- Financial & Risk Analysis: Analyze procurement data and vendor proposals to forecast expenses, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive continuous cost improvements without sacrificing quality or deployment speed.

Requirements
- Procurement Expertise: Extensive, proven experience managing the full lifecycle of procurement, with a strong emphasis on negotiating and completing complicated, enterprise-level contracts.
Nice to have
- Direct experience procuring hardware, software, or services specifically within the datacenter, cloud computing, networking, or AI technology space.
- Familiarity with modern procurement software, ERP systems, and supply chain best practices in a high-growth tech environment.
- Advanced degree or certification in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Law (e.g., CPSM, JD).
Skills
