About the role
- Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team.
- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $65,520 - $114,400 per year for the role of Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities
- will include: Partner with the Director of Financial Planning to develop financial models and conduct scenario-based analysis.Evaluate product line performance and cost accounting data based on changes in service costs and utilization.
- Report generation and distribution and Perform data reconciliation and ensure accuracy across financial systems.
- Perform financial analysis, under supervision, by utilizing appropriate financial tools.
- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance with contract policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- This role supports strategic decision-making by developing financial models, analyzing cost accounting data, and managing system activities within our Decision Support System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field of study required.
Compensation
- In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St.

- This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $65,520 - $114,400 per year for the role of Financial Analyst.
- Actively support during the monthly closure, quarterly forecast, and annual budget processes for the department.

- Minimum Requirement: 2+ years of experience in management/administration of financial/budgetary processes, preferably within a healthcare setting.
