About the role
- Operations Manager - Healthcare Operations Pinnacle Wound Management is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and improve the daily execution of our clinical and operational functions.
- This position is heavily focused on provider productivity, facility coverage, revenue optimization, and scalable growth.
- The Operations Manager will serve as the central point of accountability for ensuring providers are fully utilized, contracted facilities receive consistent service, and operational issues are resolved quickly.
Responsibilities
- Manage provider schedules across multiple facilities and geographic territories.
- Maintain clear visibility into provider availability and capacity.
- Support the onboarding and operational launch of new facilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with facility leadership and nursing teams.
- Our providers work collaboratively with facility nursing teams to deliver consistent, high-quality wound care directly at the bedside.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, facilities, providers, and deadlines.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and manage issues with limited supervision.
Requirements
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-provider operations.
- Strong understanding of provider scheduling and productivity management.
- Experience supervising administrative or operational team members.

- Takes ownership of problems and resolves them without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Understands the relationship between provider productivity, facility service, documentation, and revenue.
