About the role
- Raytheon Supply Chain is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic and collaborative procurement team.
- Evaluation of Proposal/Quotation activities from prospective subcontractors and employing various techniques to analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability.
- Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques.
Responsibilities
- Managing Supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones.
- Monitoring and reporting cost, schedule and status of suppliers and recommends or implements corrective action as necessary.
- Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms).
- Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems.
- Manage escalations and resolution of internal customer and/or supplier issues.
- Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Typically requires bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or similar role.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS.

- Master's degree in supply chain, Business Finance or STEM field.
- Experience in the defense industry.
- Experience analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determining proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)
- Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review
- Experience with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Understanding of the preparation, negotiation, and monitoring of purchasing agreements as well as terms and conditions
- Understanding of purchasing concepts, negotiation tactics/techniques, and material management principles.
- Ability to complete compliant EPAD Packages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and manage a high volume of work efficiently.

- Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, etc.).

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
- The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
- Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
- Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
