About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a passion for building robust and scalable data infrastructure to join our Data Platform team.
In this role, you'll design and develop the foundational systems that power the flow of data across the company, enabling fast insights and smarter decisions as we grow.
Our mission is to create a platform that turns raw information into actionable intelligence - efficiently, reliably, and at scale.

Design and build resilient systems for real-time data movement, processing, and storage
Scale data infrastructure to support our rapidly growing business needs
Drive innovation in data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across the company

Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Has 4+ years engineering experience (2+ years in data infrastructure)
Has expertise with cloud data lakes such as Snowflake or Databricks
Has experience with streaming and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Spark)
Has experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Salary Range: $155,000 to $185,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
